- Gateway: The execution layer that routes prompts to providers.
- Shield: VeriPrompt's standalone sanitize-run-restore workflow for sensitive data used with AI.
- Case ID: A user-facing identifier for a Shield workflow instance, such as
sh_3kX9mPqR7wLn. - Prompt Repository: Versioned storage for prompts and prompt chains.
- Routing Policy: Rules that control provider selection.
- Prompt Chain: A sequence of prompts executed in order.
- Synthetic Test: Automated evaluation run against fixed datasets.
- Provider: An LLM vendor or API used for execution.
- Execution Mode: How prompt references are resolved (template vs execute).
- SSO Connector: A configured link to your identity provider (OIDC or SAML 2.0) that lets your team sign in with their existing corporate account.
- Verified Domain: An email domain proven to belong to your company via a DNS TXT record. Only verified domains trigger the Continue with … button on the sign-in page.
- Group Mapping: A rule that grants a Veriprompt role to members of a given identity-provider group, re-evaluated at each sign-in.
- SCIM: The standard your identity provider uses to push user creates, updates, and deactivations to Veriprompt in real time.
- Sandbox Company: A time-limited demo or trial tenant, pre-filled with realistic content, that is suspended at expiry and deleted 48 hours later.
- Sandbox Grant: The voucher code or invite link that creates a sandbox company when redeemed.
- Simulated Response: An AI response produced by a sandbox's mock provider rather than a live model — the full gateway pipeline runs, only the model call is faked.
