unauthorized	401	Missing or invalid API key	Check Authorization header
forbidden	403	Insufficient permissions	Update role or key scope
policy_violation	403	Provider blocked by routing policy (geo or provider deny list)	Add a compliant provider via BYOK or update the service configuration
not_found	404	Resource missing	Verify IDs and paths
rate_limited	429	Too many requests	Backoff and retry
server_error	500	Internal error	Retry or contact support
