By accessing or using the VeriPrompt AI Gateway & Agentic Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
VeriPrompt provides an AI gateway platform that enables intelligent prompt routing, agentic workflow execution, API key management for multiple AI providers, and analytics for enterprise usage. The Service includes web interfaces, APIs, and related documentation.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service may route requests to third-party AI providers. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party providers whose services you access through VeriPrompt. API keys provided by you (BYOK) remain your property and responsibility.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to optional processing, such as marketing.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VeriPrompt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content generated through the Service using your prompts remains your property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriPrompt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our public mini-games can be played without a VeriPrompt account. Pacman currently offers no voucher; playing it is the reward. When the Slots voucher campaign is open, participation is free and requires no purchase. It is intended for business participants aged 18 or over. Only one voucher may be claimed per person.
Slots asks one multiple-choice AI question after every three unsuccessful spins before the next set of up to three spins. Every answer unlocks play; the correct answer and background are shown. After ten starts within a twelve-hour period, play pauses for twelve hours. These limits use a privacy-protected value derived from the network address, so people on a shared connection may share a limit. The first two completed spins of a sequence cannot win; later spins are chance-based and subject to the campaign's daily prize limit. Reloading starts a new sequence. Pacman asks a question after three failed full runs; it currently awards no voucher.
A winner must claim the voucher within 15 minutes of the winning spin, using their own name and email address. We email a unique, one-use code to that address. A free VeriPrompt account is required to redeem it, and the account email must match the claim email. The code expires; its expiry and the benefit it grants must be stated in the campaign information before participation. These platform Terms apply to the account and any service unlocked by the code.
Before a voucher campaign opens, we will publish its specific benefit, expiry, availability period, win chance, and prize limit with the game. Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible claims may be rejected. See our Privacy Policy for how game and claim data is used before account registration.
